The Alma Inn, Laneshawbridge
Winter but not Christmas! It was a chilly, windy day but The Alma Inn was warm and welcoming. You could see for miles from the garden and we breathed a sigh of relief that snow wasn't forecast, because its high up there! The colours were pure winter - dark burgundy, cerise and earthy tones with just a hint of rose gold. Gorgeous!!
Black Baccara rose, like deep burgundy velvet! Cappuccino rose, burgundy grasses, russet lisianthus and a pop of cerise spray rose. The Fireplace created a fabulous backdrop for the wedding ceremony, sooo many candles, so romantic! We couldn't find the right shade of burgundy for the velvet ribbons, so we dyed our own, they added more winter luxury to this beautiful wedding.. but we did feel we were being watched....?
